ब्रेड पकोड़ा  Ingredients 10 Bread Slices White bread or brown bread Oil to deep fry pakoras For Potato Stuffing 5 Potatoes medium sized, boiled and mashed 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 12-15 Curry Leaves 3-4 Green Chilies finely Chopped 1 Onion medium sized, finely chopped 1 tsp Ginger Paste ¾ tsp Garlic Paste ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander powder ¾ tsp Garam Masala Powder ⅓ cup Coriander leaves finely chopped Salt to taste For Batter 1½ cup Besan (Chickpea flour) ½ tsp Turmeric Powder ¾ tsp Red chili powder A pinch of asafoetida (hing) Salt to taste 1¼ cup Water or as needed Instructions Making The Potato Stuffing First, heat 2 tbsp oil in pan.
